  At John's Custom Clubs we want our customers to shop with us worry free, safe, and secure. We process all credit card transactions through a secure server. What this means is the information that you send to us is encrypted so no one else on the internet can access the information. We are the only ones that can read the information. All of the information you send us from your credit card number, to your address, to your swing speed, is held in the strictest of confidence. We do not and will not discuss, share, or sell any information that our customers give us.

• Warranty
  Our Warranty covers your new custom clubs for one full year after the date of purchase. If any of our clubs should fail due to our workmanship please send the product back with a copy of your receipt, and it will be repaired or replaced and your shipping cost will be refunded. In the unlikely chance that you would have to return a club for repair, please send us an E-Mail and let us know that you are returning the club.
  NOTE: This Warranty is voided if the equipment was damaged due to abuse or anger. Golf can be a frustrating game (believe me I know) but if you take out your anger on your equipment it does nothing to improve your game, not to mention the fact that no one likes to see it . If you respect your investment it will give you years of enjoyment.
